Your First Visit

The initial consultation consists of a 30 minute appointment to enable the dentist to carry out a detailed examination and give you the time to discuss your needs. If study casts of your mouth are needed they are started and any X-rays that are needed are taken. Once these are completed the dentist will assess the x-ray results and discuss treatment options with you. You will be given a treatment plan and an estimate of the cost. Should you require any treatment, you will have the time to discuss your choices before the treatment begins. If you have a dental emergency we would of course attend to that first.

Paying for Treatments

A written estimate will be given to you prior to work commencing. Payment is due on the day your treatment begins and must be completed before your last appointment. If this should cause a problem please talk to the receptionist about spreading the cost.

Method of Payment

The following methods of payment may be used: Cash, Switch, Credit Card or Cheque supported by a valid cheque guarantee card. (VISA, ACCESS or SWITCH).
You may choose to join Denplan Dental Care scheme for payment of dental care by monthly direct debit. (Please ask for details.)
