I qualified from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 1990 and since then have worked in general dental practice.

My experience of work in private dentistry began in 1992 at a practice in Cumbria where I worked for 9 years before moving back to Manchester in 1999.

Since qualification I have

kept up to date with advances in dentistry and am a member of the Lifelong Learning Programme of the General Dental Council which is committed to continuing professional development.

In 2003 I studied for a postgraduate qualification which involved written examinations and clinical case presentations and was awarded the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners by the Royal College of Surgeons.

I was assessed by Denplan in November 2003 and was awarded Denplan Excel Accreditation. This award is assessed annually through practice visits made by Denplan.

In January 2006 I will be starting a one year Part-time course in Advanced Restorative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute for Postgraduate Studies in London.

I offer all types of Dental treatment ranging from routine to cosmetic. I aim to provide the most appropriate treatment plan to satisfy your requirements whilst optimising your oral health.

With help from the team I hope to provide quality dental care for the whole family in a friendly and relaxed setting.
